Where your data lives
- In the European Union by default, on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or an EU cloud provider of your choice
- In another region (for example the US or the UAE) when your local rules require it
- Your Odoo subscription and hosting are in your company’s name, so you keep full control
How we protect it
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for every system we use
- Named personal accounts with two-factor authentication, never shared logins
- Least-privilege access: our team gets only the rights a task needs, removed when the work ends
- Separate test databases, with anonymised data where possible
- Daily backups with tested restores on hosting we manage
- Confidentiality agreements for every team member; NDA available before the first workshop
- Change log and version control for all custom code
GDPR
- A Data Processing Agreement is part of every contract
- Breach notification within 48 hours
- Help with data subject requests, retention rules and deletion inside Odoo
- Odoo configured for privacy: access rights, archiving and data cleanup
