How much does an Odoo implementation cost?
Setup starts from €3,000 for a service business and from €10,000 for a manufacturer, at a fixed price confirmed after a free consultation. Monthly management plans start at €490 per month. Your Odoo licence is paid directly to Odoo S.A. See Packages.
Can you work in our time zone?
Yes. We schedule workshops, training and support hours to match European, US Eastern, Gulf and African business hours.
How long does it take?
30 to 90 days depending on the package, counted from the signed scope and receipt of your data. Larger projects get a date agreed in the scoping workshop.
Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Community is free and open source. Enterprise adds apps such as full accounting, studio, mobile and official support, and is required for most localisations. We recommend the right edition for your case.
Does Odoo work with my country’s taxes?
Odoo has localisation packages for more than 70 countries, including EU countries, the US and the UAE. We configure the right one and fill the gaps with certified connectors where needed. See Where we work.
Why do we pay the Odoo licence directly to Odoo?
So the subscription is in your name, at Odoo’s official price, with no markup. You keep full control of your account and data, even if you change service provider.
Where is my data stored?
Wherever you need it: in the EU by default, or in the US or the Middle East for local data rules. You choose between Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or a private EU server, and you always keep full access to your database.
Can we move from our current software?
Yes. We migrate customers, suppliers, products, stock and open balances from Excel and most accounting and ERP systems.
Do you work outside Cyprus?
Yes. We are based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and work with clients across Europe, the US, the UAE and Africa, remotely or on site.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Greek, Romanian and Russian.
